Torre Ana


This project, led by the architecture firm RLDP has two towers: Äna Norte and Äna Sur.These premises offer apartments, shops, studios and academies.

 

Designed under a notion of warmth, soberness and modernity. These towers share a central walkway to create a walkable city.

Torre Éma


Designed by the architecture firm JSA, Torre Ëma consists of two towers: Ëma Norte and Ëma Sur, which provide housing, commerce and smart urbanism.

The commercial area, community style,  is located on the ground floor and mezzanine; this gives way to the pedestrian corridor, which leads to any of the buildings in the project.

Torre Iris


This project consists of two condo/apartment towers (east and west) and a commercial area.

It has a smart layout giving special emphasis to natural lighting, cross vents and spectacular mountain views. Its architectural design is contemporary, strong and elegant, integrating various areas by generating a collective feeling.

Ambar Torre II arrives as an extension of Ambar Torre I. This is a tower where the shapes and distributions respond mainly to the surrounding environment, paying special attention to the views, landscaping and construction materials of the area.

As the rest of the developments in Via Cordillera, Pozas Arquitectos, a renowned firm was in charge of Ambar's contemporary, sober and elegant architecture .

Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)


The CPTED Platinum certificate guarantees real estate projects that promote a safe community lifestyle.

Via Cordillera complies with a set of crime prevention strategies that reduces fear within the community and encourages their integration. Some of these actions include works of trust, which involve the improvement of spaces adjacent to the development to increase the well-being of the entire area.
